This fully-furnished detached bungalow on the spectacular Cambrian Coastline offers a convenient base for touring the Snowdonia National Park and visiting the unique beauty spots such as the The Aberglaslyn Pass, Cwm Nantcol, Cwm Bychan, the Mawddach Estuary, or Bryn Cader Faner - The Megalithic Coronet, Dyffryn Burial Chambers. It is situated in a small cul-de-sac with a magnificent view of historic Harlech Castle (a World Heritage Site).
Harlech Beach
Easily located from A496 and easily accessible from Harlech Railway Station. Sandy Patch is on a completely level site (except for one step into the front, kitchen and patio doors). A short walk to the west leads to the wonderful sandy beach , with its splendid sunsets and panoramic view of Tremadog Bay encircled by the castle and the Snowdon, Rhinog & Rival mountains.

5 minutes’ level walk from: Harlech Railway Station and bus stops, swimming pool, and Royal St David’s Championship Golf Course, general store/newsagent/off-licence, takeaways, hotels/public houses (serving food). 10 minutes’ level walk on road through sand dunes to unspoilt Harlech Beach, an area of outstanding natural beauty and a National Nature Reserve. It also holds a Green Coast Beach Award.

Kitchen/diner with electric oven & grill, ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave oven & washing machine. Night storage heaters/convector heaters throughout. Bedroom 1: Double bed with ensuite shower and basin. Bedroom 2: Double bed. Bedroom 3: Single bed. Bathroom: bath, WC, and basin
